After months of debating whether or not to start a blog, and with much encouragement from my close friends, I have finally decided to go for it. I have created The Healthy Mermaid as a way of sharing my love and passion for health and fitness, and most importantly food. I am a huge advocate of leading a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and believe that a workout should never be punishment for something we ate.
I want this blog to be a positive space for women (and men, I’m not biased!) to come and discover healthy and delicious recipes, fitness tips, workouts, plus much more!
Unfortunately this blog doesn’t actually have anything to do with mermaids, apart from the fact that I’m kind of obsessed with them, and I wish I were one…
